Easily the worst app on my phone. The login process is just a link to the website. User information like subscription information, payment information etc. are almost always wrong. The user interface is slow, difficult to navigate and fails to load pictures and other information on a regular basis. Subscriptions are so hard to manage, starting and canceling is the best way to change anything. Basically it's a useless app, just add the website link to your homescreen and save the frustration.

I finally downloaded the app because I wanted to see my points and if there were any deals right now for the things I want to buy. Immediately had issues. I logged in, tapped the Member points section, and got an error page. The app logged me out. I logged in and tried again but the same happened. It locks the app and I have to restart it to even try again but I decided it's better to uninstall. There is no point in an app that can't perform basic functions.

This app has had so many issues for years, now I remember why I uninstall this app and hesitated downloading it again. They are still the same issues, it's a little bit better as you can log in again. But it doesn't have the saved information of my purchases in person and the worst part is I cannot access my rewards and states "we can't find the page you're looking for". Afterwards it proceeds to automatically log me out as when I open it again I have to log in again
