Finally I managed to install the application and creating an account. I was trying for more than three months. After that, I'm trying to open my profile, but couldn't open it at all. It showed that it was trying to open it, but it never did. I tried several times, but with no success. Also, it said I don't have registered patient #. I added my # and tried to update it, it sent me a code which I put. Then it showed the logo which is like it is trying to update , but it went forever with no succes

In the last 8 months, the app has not been responding to the login. Till now, I have been unable to log in to my profile. You guys only update the app but of no use. The service for Dammam Almana is the worst, I have visited any hospital till now. I booked an appointment but at the reception they never accept. If there is a negative star for the feedback, I would like to give that.

This app works one day and will fail to work for 10 days and so on and so forth. I am not sure why the IT department of this hospital is struggling with keeping this app running, so much. Other hospitals in the area, their apps are working 99% of the time and this hospital's app is 99% of the time not working!
