Fourth time to download the app for the same year and never succeeded to either log on or even sign up ... it says email already used, yet i never used it .. i pressed forgot password, yet i never received an otp.... I changed the email address, and even with this, nothing happens at all !! Just an hour wasted for the fourth time. Ill never download it again !!

the hospital is pushing the public to use the app and the app is so frustrating... adding a family member is a nightmare and it doesn't work most of the time.

This app is most of the time not working. It has to be fixed to allow patients to make appointments and access their heath records.
