Hello Alpha Support Team, I am experiencing an issue on the Alpha app on my device. The app works normally when I’m connected to my home Wifi, but when I switch to mobile data or another, it shows an error message and doesn’t proceed. I tried restarting the app and device, but the issue remains the same. I wanted to check whether there are any known connectivity limitations, account settings, or requirements that could affect usage on different networks. Is this a server side issue?

THE APP STOPPED WORKING! When I hit the mining button, a prompt message suggesting I update the app appears- I'm redirected to the play store- and I select the update option. After which, it just load and do nothing else. I then cancelled, went back to the app, repeat, to no avail. For me after using roughly 2-3 months, it has now stopped functioning for little over a week now.

Please For almost A week now I've not been able to Mine from this App. It keeps Taking forever to load and can not open at the end. I've Updated the App and Check everything that could cause the issues but I can't place my hands on any. Please I've been mining this app Since Last year and I have acquired much Coins. Don't let my data to be wasted. Fix the problem so I can return to mine. Thanks
