It started badly but then! The app and the watch (x Alive) have their quirks which i can live with. The major frustration WAS the connection between watch and phone as noted by many others with Android. I appear (i will monitor) to have fixed it by turning off battery optimisation for the app. The connection is now FAR more stable than before. I appreciate all phones are different but this might have worked for me. UPDATE. Clearing app cache daily makes things better.

Good but not great. First thing, weight ends at 230lbs, this might be an American thing, but I am larger/heavier then that. Second, no integration to phone OS fit app, for example Google Fit. Also, no integration Google maps to track daily activity, trails, routes, etc. Third, no edit features. For example, when I ride my motorcycle, the watch thinks I'm walking, making my steps very inaccurate.

After 5 months for a warranty repair I got my AlpinerX and it didn't work so it got sent back for another month. Now, it won't sync with the app. I've spent 2 hours messing with the AlpinerX on three phones. I've deleted and reinstalled the app approximately 10 times. Their troubleshooting procedures do not work, at all. Send help!
