Ratings and reviews

It has been a good app with only a few issues that I have found. tends to "juggle" my spending amounts and while doing so can give a false amount shown as available funds. This app and calling are the only ways for me to know how much I have. And now with the 3.34.1 update, I can't even update the app. I am on 3.34.0 and Google Play Store has no update push. Clicked everywhere to find an update option and have had no luck. Edit: I am on Android. My bad. (Feels stupid)

Its really clunky and slow and i have had a lot of problems with the app not updating my account information. it literally said all day one day on a weekend "error updating" and of course it was after 5pm so i couldn't transfer money, and you can't get a hold of a live person after 5 pm or on weekends to helpbfix thevproblem. so i couldn't make the purchase I wanted. I hate this app/ bank. constant problems looking for a new bank with a better app and 24/7 customer service.

Frequently won't update. In the morning if you log in to check balance and look at charges there will be red triangles with exclamation points next to your balance and recent charges. Effectively means you can't keep track of your money, which is what the app is for. Not a good look for a bank. If this just happened once in awhile it would be okay but pity happens several times a week. I've checked to make sure the app is updated.
