Awful upgrade. No running balance like before, won't let me open from the app and have to keep going through the play store just to get in. I hate it, not user friendly at all. Needs to be changed back. Ok. Just tried to get in after re-installing. It made me start the whole process all over again. I'm going to be looking for a new bank unless you put the old app back.

It's a struggle nearly every time I try to use the mobile deposit. "Unknown error" and the spinning circle, but, only when trying to take a picture of the back of the check. 3-4 days for a check to be deposited to my account. The older app was faster and had less issues. Also never cost me $ due to issues or store deposits. I'll admit the new interface is nicer and more use friendly. But, doesn't make up for the other facts. Especially considering there's no after hours deposits on alpines ATMs.

This new app is absolutely horrible! 95% of the time it won't let me log in. When I try to log in it says that there's an"authentication issue" and it makes me log in over and over and over again. I can't even access my accounts. It tells me to turn on some date and time setting in my phone that I cant even find. The app used to be convenient but now it's almost completely useless.
