My billed changed and they said I was notified but I wasn't. Im always dropping peacock or a different streaming service in my room and it's just two apps that are updated and everything but will cut me off . I'm just very upset they are charging me 10 extra dollars for just wifi but giving people free TV and wifi for 49.99 I have been with Cincinnati bell awhile and never once has my billed changed and then it just changes without even letting me know, then, telling me that's the best I can get

I need a verification code in order to change my password. This code can be texted or emailed, however, you need to leave the page to retrieve the code. When you try to go back to the page to enter the code... the page disappears and goes back to the original login screen. I have tried at least seven times with both texts and emails. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. It's the same thing EVERY time. I have not ever had issues with the Cincinnati bell app.

App randomly boots me out after having been logged in and moving screens in the app. Reaching out to an agent they always say enable notifications but there's no way to do that in the app, I've look up down left and right, so I never see their responses. Saved payment information randomly disappears. Somehow my electronic statements got disabled so I lost my rebate for months and didn't realize it. I never had issues with the Cinci Bell app....
