The app is crashing on startup. I send a log and clear the cache but it shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have also powered down my phone. Nothing is working. Was trying to reinstall a light bulb and will not work. The lights are working only because I use them through Alexa. Please advise if the bug will be fixed and when an update will be pushed. I have not experienced issues until recently. Thank you

Bought camera and speaker combo. Hooks up and installs with google app and assistant fine! The altec smart 2 app however, ABSOLUTE GARBAGE application. Had to restart reinstall several times just to add home group then the battle all over again for the cameras and speakers. Still don't have them installed, wasted the better part of an hour trouble shooting. Speaker good quality as I'm assuming the camera is... if it didn't require the "Bugged" app, for at least 6 months now?Don't buy this device

FIX IT PLEASE! I have been using this app to control nearly every bulb in my home for nearly 4 years. What it lacked in intuitiveness & features, it made up for in consistency. I have had no major complaints. A week or so ago, all my lights went offline—this time not reappearing hours later as they had in the past. The app force closes, saying there is a bug. Since there hasn't been an update, I don't understand how something like this even happens.
