Camera never really worked good. No night vision. It's supposed to have night vision. It worked for about a month and a half. I reset it now. It worked for a minute. I checked it again. No picture. I have a camera that's 4yrs old. Works yet except the night vision isn't working anymore. That's why I bought thus new camera. Same company. But they don't make them as good anymore I guess. 😢

I'm going to pile on to the negative reviews. Can not get app to sync to device. Have made at least a half dozen calls to the call center and the 'tech support' no response or help from any of them. I was even told on one call that the reason for no response was that everyone had been on holiday for 3 weeks. Seriously. No customer support. No call back. Useless device.

Poor, we just purchased a couple of the cameras, set them up, and they worked great. Then we moved one and had to unplug it. We'll then it wouldn't work anymore, so we had to remove it from the account, and reconnect it. Now, since I closed the app, it won't go past the establishing encrypted connection screen for either camera. But keeps alerting me to buy cloud storage. If your equipment is only going to run on the cloud, you might want to say that on the packaging.
