Not recommended. It lags after adding your data for a request. Not that practical as I thought. Team couldn't fix the issue, only telling you to wait for 24 hrs before trying again. Update: I am not talking about OTP, I meant a request for a doctor. It took a very long time with no result even after several trials. I already contacted the team via this email, there is no other solution but waiting, which is not acceptable as the reason I used this app is getting a fast response.

this App doesnt work at all, I make a subscription i paid it and when I tried to use the App I was asked to verify my phone number and the verification process never worked I never received the code on time and when I request to re-send the code it start a new human verification process that never end, its a never ending process of verifying you are a human then verifying your phone number, more over there is no assistance or help email or live chat or even any help option for this problem.

Very bad experience I subscribed for one month to take a doctor constantly, he wasn't experienced enough, they force you to subscribe for auto renewal subscription and if you forget to cancel the subscription they will keep charging you even if u don't use it, they charged me 4 months and when I asked for refund for the last month since I am not using the service they told me auto renewal subscription is not refundable, basically they are stealing your money, don't use it
