I didn't think there was an airline app that was more useless than Virgin Atlantic, but I stand corrected. Unable to retrieve a booking. Unable to login after a new profile is created via web. I'm not changing the password when logging into the app for the first time simply because there seems to be channel specific authentication problems. It's much easier to delete the app, which I've just done. Hopefully, the flying experience is significantly better.

Just installed, but was able to find the flights I booked. To get the app to use English (many comments here), select the three lines icon on the upper left and then the gear icon at the bottom. From there, change the first option to English.

The app has a bug and does not work. It just crasches. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it does not fix the problem. Please, fix the bug.
