Coach-led 6-week plans — A clear, finite path. One plan at a time, starting with a short Welcome Session, then daily practices, with Rest Days built in. Miss a day? No catch-up pressure. Pick up where you are.

Daily practice in 10–15 minutes — Every day has a session waiting. Your coach sets the focus before you begin. Audio guidance carries you through, breath by breath. A gentle outro helps you land softly.

Tai Chi Walking and Tai Chi Yoga — Two grounded styles for slow, mindful movement. Low-impact, joint-friendly, breathing-led. No equipment needed. Use a chair if you want steadier balance — seated variants included.

Four intensity levels — Gentle, Balanced, Focus, and Intense. Start where your body is today. The plan adapts as you grow.

Your group, your coach, in the chat — Practitioners practicing alongside you. When you have a question, your coach answers — right there in the chat. A quiet, friendly group chat — never a leaderboard. Send a clap to anyone in practice with you.
