This is the worst app. It removed all of my family members accept 1 of my sons, who isn't the primary member. When I tried to open it today the screen is just black. It will not load or close anymore. I wish they would go back to the previous app. I cant sign in without an attendant doing so and I can't register my kids for activities.

Update for 2026 It still doesn't work. Developer contacted me and said everything worked on their end. Nope. Still doesn't work. Uninstall and reinstall, try different phones, turn phone on, turn phone off, put your right foot in... still doesn't work. I love the YMCA but not this app. it does not work. It's either a bright white screen or a black screen with some graphics. but nothing happens. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled multiple times, still nothing. I hope it can get fixed

I tried installing the app twice and attempted to force stop in my settings app section. Only a blank white screen appeared when installed. I hope it will be fixed soon. I was looking forward to using the app!
