A random prompt and 60 seconds, a full speech up to 30 minutes, or upload a video you already have.

2. Find out what you actually sound like
You will not get "be more confident". You get specifics: Whether you sped up when you got nervous. How
many times you said "um", How your face looks when you say certain things, Where
you trailed off. A confidence score you can watch move between sessions.

3. Do it again
Session two sounds better than session one, and you can hear the
difference because both are still there.

giving this app a 2 star simply because I just had to go through many incredibly annoying steps with misleading messaging to cancel my subscription

the Today's challenges feature doesn't work, touch functionality stops working and I cannot hit start to begin the challenge,

some good basic tips and good prompts, but minus two stars because it clearly has a rating cap and will continue to tell you the same critiques over and over again, especially around how tense your face looks (my face just looks like that, sorry AI lol)
