Only loosely usable. Seems this is a common sentiment here, sad to see this has remained the case. App is remarkably slow, often just hangs on nothing, has to be restarted several times to open locked doors, and if you happen to miss the short window where a property lock remains open? You have to completely exit the app once again. This goes beyond poor app optimization, it doesn't matter what device you have, this app is truly bottom of the barrel and piss poor. Would be a 0/5 if I were able.

Worthless. Works for a day or 2, once every 3 months. Then completely stops working again. The app, lock and the COMPLETELY worthless thermostat are not worth anybody's time. Tell your complex to find a better program, heck, any program would be better than this. I expect they'll respond the typical, "we strive to be better, yada, yada, yada", but review after review after review for the last few years are all the same thing. IT'S JUNK AND IT DOESN'T WORK! Complexes, please don't bother!

Total Garbage it often never effing works, it starts beeping at you and you can't reset it. you can't get in your place. the customer service is garbage and they only work limited hours, so if you're stuck outside at night, you're sleeping outside your door... they can never seem to figure anything out. took me an hour and a half two different times and their answer was to unplug the batteries and plug them back in 🤦 they can't access it remotely so they are of no use. this sucks
