Total Garbage it often never effing works, it starts beeping at you and you can't reset it. you can't get in your place. the customer service is garbage and they only work limited hours, so if you're stuck outside at night, you're sleeping outside your door... they can never seem to figure anything out. took me an hour and a half two different times and their answer was to unplug the batteries and plug them back in 🤦 they can't access it remotely so they are of no use. this sucks

I wish someone at ambient would care enough to fix this app! I have a dimmer in my bedroom. It's 2 am and I can't sleep because the app won't switch it off. It keeps randomly saying the light is at 100% when it's actually at 1% and I can't manually shut it off. The temperature is the same way. My apartment took away our panel so now I have no way of manually fixing anything. Update: it's been 2 hours of trying to get the thermostat to change on this app to no avail. I'm not renewing my lease.

The app doesn't have thermostat scheduling. Changing the temperature is clunky and delayed, sometimes requiring multiple pushes to adjust the set temp. Turning the thermostat off is not intuitive, you have to open the heat/cool setting then toggle a switch that says "Set mode". I called customer support, they confirmed no scheduling function, but said "maybe the developers will add it." Lastly, cannot integrate my thermostat with Google Home since Ambient isn't a paired service.
