worst app I've ever used in my life. My front door says that it's unlocked but it's locked. cannot connect with the doorbell ring camera no matter what I do. lights don't come on or just when you're asking them to come on AC doesn't adjust when you need it to adjust is just a simple nightmare is the most useless app. I feel bad for my property management who has to use this stuff and listen to all of the renters who have constant problems just garbage if I could do less than one star I would.

This is the worst "smart" home platform I have ever had the displeasure of using. Tapping a button to turn on a light takes almost 15 seconds for anything to happen, if at all. Want to turn off all of your lights? Forget it, only half of them will actually respond. Not to mention that the door lock/unlock functionality never works, and the hub has a seizure any time there is a power outage, requiring me to call maintenance so they can power cycle it. Absolute dogwater. Stay far away!

The app always says our door does not have a code. The thermostat feature does not turn off the thermostat or allow you to do much - it's great at timing out and won't let you adjust anything - real great at that. This app is so frustrating. I'm not sure why they made us install this and it doesn't even work.
