Idea is great... if it worked. When I try to change the settings for the thermostat, it seems to revert back a few seconds later. If I select a pre-set option (which it would be nice to be able to create new pre-sets), nothing takes, and it remains at whatever setting it was previously set at. I can only seem to control the door lock via loxk/unlock. I haven't gone back to play with it, but the first time I tried the door access code, that also didn't work, and I was locked out.

It can do some of what it's intended for. It can unlock my door, it can turn on some lights, and I can sort of set the temperature. That said, this app looks like someone's unfinished high school programming project. The app does not allow for any automation. I have dimmable lights, but the app can't do that. It's either on or off. I can't preset the temperature for the day. This app is good for two things, changing the thermostat from the bed and turning the light off from the bed.

Terrible. I'd give negative stars, if I could! I can turn on the lights and lock the door. But I can not control the thermostat or get help. The thermostat has been showing the same thing since day one (over a year ago). I try to change it, it just tenets back. I've uninstalled then reinstalled, disconnected, then reconnected, no change. I tried to use the get help section, but it did nothing. Like nothing opened up. This is ridiculous. To think my complex charges for this is BS!
