I can't download reports. It keeps saying "Failed to save file: bad base-64" Edit: Switch interface to Arabic and it will work!

Horrible Application.. I tried calling them to share that whenever I forget my password, I receive a message with the OTP but the app stops/suddenly close (It shuts down), so I couldn't add that OTP anywhere nor was I able to reset my password. When I called the contact center "Abdali Hospital" operator, he said they are busy (can't take the call) to even discuss the issue and that maybe later they'll call me back to reset the password.. as if the application issue is not even a concern.

I have been trying to sign in to my account to check my son's reports urgently. The app is not accepting my credentials although I never changed them. When I hot "forgot password" option, it takes me out of the app before I can fill the OTP code. It is working on a Huawei phone but not on a one+ although it's more up to date. I tried to uninstall it on the Huawei phone is case it detects access from different locations, it still didn't work.
