how is it possible that the fanciest hospital in the country -in 2025- has an app that doesn't even work on Android devices. and yes this is the reason the app keeps crashing and what they told us when we asked about it. and they have know about the issue for a long time and nothing is being done, they just tell you it works on iPhone which is ridiculous. This app should be taken down from the Google Play Store until you fix this.

The Abdali Hospital app has serious performance issues. It frequently crashes and stops working, especially when trying to sign in or check medical reports. These are the most important functions patients rely on, and the instability makes the app unreliable. For a hospital app, stability and ease of access should be the top priority. I strongly recommend the development team work on fixing these problems so patients can securely sign in and access their reports without interruption.
