On screen instructions are easy to follow. However, reconnection into a session with the doctor is terrible. I've tried logging out and logging back in but doesn't seem to reconnect. Even after physically going into the doctor's office, they couldn't figure out why and they ruled out that the internet connection is not the issue. I also tried on another phone in which, the initial attempt worked but due to audio issues, the doctor had to end the session but again, couldn't reconnect.

Horrible app. I have an Android phone and the app keeps me in a loop at the login screen. It asks me to Read and Accept new information and when I go to click on that, it disappears before I can click it. Then it reroutes me back to login screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled more than a dozen times. At some point, it tells me that app has a bug and to reinstall it afyer the developer has fixed it. After four weeks (my last appointment was in April), the issue has still not been fixed.

the app doesn't open. I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app and won't let me click on terms and conditions when the app opens. Gave me error message to clear Cache...which I did and still couldn't open. missed my appointment. App Used to work when I used it couple weeks ago. (Android..Samsung)
