After two months, I still had not received a printed card, benefits covered, or anything like that. When I finally installed the app to try and get some more info, the salesperson had boldly told me a lie. He said that dentures and extractions were covered 100% from day one, up to $3,000. Only covered 20% in first year, then up to 50% in second year. I cancelled my policy and demanded payment in full for the two months I had it! LIARS!!!

Useless app. I opened it and it said "We're sorry! The app is unavailable at this time. Please try again later." with an Update App button below. I updated and it's still doing the same thing. Absolutely useless and how like an insurance company to rake in profits and leave their app half-baked and unable to open. Absolutely infuriating.
