The app is confusing especially when paying, because you have to switch from Dental and Vision. I wish it was combined into one.

Useless app. I opened it and it said "We're sorry! The app is unavailable at this time. Please try again later." with an Update App button below. I updated and it's still doing the same thing. Absolutely useless and how like an insurance company to rake in profits and leave their app half-baked and unable to open. Absolutely infuriating.

when the site and app are both under maintenance. when you open the app it says update the app while play store has no update.
