ID cards: Access to all your plan ID cards in one place. Using the functionality of your phone, you can display or share your ID card with your provider as needed.

Provider Search: Find a network dental provider for your city, state, or ZIP Code.

Claims: View dental claim documents from your recent visits and review plan usage information for covered dependents.

Ratings and reviews

Useless app. I opened it and it said "We're sorry! The app is unavailable at this time. Please try again later." with an Update App button below. I updated and it's still doing the same thing. Absolutely useless and how like an insurance company to rake in profits and leave their app half-baked and unable to open. Absolutely infuriating.

I can't sign on on the app. I called customer service and was directed to go to the website. Why do we have an app that doesn't work? Maybe scrap it and start over

The application will not load or update. the help line wait was way too long in my opinion. The message keeps telling me to call so I can be put on hold to be told they can't help.
