The app used to work smoothly. For the past few months, we cannot get the camera views to load on our phones unless we close and re-open the app numerous times. Sometimes an image of a coffee cup appears on the camera screen, other times nothing at all. Please revert whatever changes you made to the app to cause these issues so that it can be great again! As of now, it is basically useless. If I want to view my cameras, I can't spend 10 minutes restarting an app, praying it will begin working.

As another user has noted, the recent update has caused stability issues. No rhyme or reason as to how to get server to connect in app so cameras not viewable most of time. Sometimes restarting phone will fix it, sometimes opening and closing app, and then sometimes simply no way to get it to connect. Multiple wifi networks and cellular providers have been tried to eliminate that as the cause. Hope you come up with a fix soon, or suggestions on what to try in troubleshooting.

Hello App developers, I like the Eyein Cloud. I gave a 4 star rating for your work to encourage to improve the app interface. As is its working. However in the recent days i wanted to capture the video and record it to a file, where i ran into some complications. Since my fat fingers could not goto the right time line to capture the video, the file size is too big. Hence i was wondering if you can enter a desire time range to capture the video and compress the file so it can be emailed. Can you also provide function to mirror cast to TV would be nice. Can you also make the app compatible to work on Windows environment? Thank you for taking my request into consideration.
