Find another rideshare app. Customer service is terrible and never responds to emails. I had a passenger call them to receive a 50% refund for no show that I was willing to approve but customer service was never interested in the passenger. Gas is $2 per liter now and my emails to this are never addressed so I don't use rideshare anymore. Not worth my time to give this application anymore credit.

Believe me, you can not trust this app... POPARIDE app is much better... I was using it more than 4 years as driver. There is no responsibility regarding the riders and whatever could happen. I was told that, based on thier policy, they have the right to cancel the payments for the driver... The driver and the rider can call them and ask them to cancel the trip for specific reasons. It is not reliable to plan your trips based on them. Download the POPARIDE instead and enjoy the updated services.

Horrible app, horrible interface. Full of bugs. Major issues in design: for instance, it won't notify you if someone has booked. Not intuitive at all. Crashes very frequently. Customer service is not great as well. In case you have to cancel a ride, you have to call them and they are not a 24/7 service. Doesn't make sense at all. Poparide is far far better.
