The driver was able to change the destination( dropping location ) AFTER I've already reserved a place. I had to cancel my other rideshare after this ride only because the driver changed his mind and was able to change the destination. This shouldn't be allowed.

Hello Yi Huang, we’re sorry that the driver’s modification forced you to adjust your own plans. It’s important to remember that ridesharing is based on the driver’s trip and thus can be subject to changes. We do ask drivers to make their modifications more than 24h in advance to reduce the impact on passengers.

Thank you for the review. The booking fees do help connect drivers with passengers, but they also allow us ensure the security and reliability of our rides, and to be the only ridesharing platform to offer 7 days a week over the phone customer service.

Horrible app, horrible interface. Full of bugs. Major issues in design: for instance, it won't notify you if someone has booked. Not intuitive at all. Crashes very frequently. Customer service is not great as well. In case you have to cancel a ride, you have to call them and they are not a 24/7 service. Doesn't make sense at all. Poparide is far far better.
