Great attendants, but poorly trained on terms and conditions. Was told I could go through as many times per day as I wanted, and did several times without being charged extra. Over the last couple of months, the water is constantly stinky, it doesn't get my car clean, and I got charged for an additional wash without being notified by the attendant beforehand. Customer service is rude and refuses to reimburse, because they said I used points and credits, which I EARNED. Will be going elsewhere.

Great car wash, but the app isn't at this point. Great setup and easy to use, the only thing that makes it useless is you can't even migrate your account. Doesn't let me pick "That's me" option to confirm my info. That's a big deal, hopefully it will be fixed, pointless if you can't manage your account.

I'm super disappointed with how long it actually takes to spin the wheel to win to have your points expire so soon. It's honestly not worth my time trying to win anything. it's months later and it's only gotten worse. 1/12/26 I first made this post. Nothings changed
