Great car wash, but the app isn't at this point. Great setup and easy to use, the only thing that makes it useless is you can't even migrate your account. Doesn't let me pick "That's me" option to confirm my info. That's a big deal, hopefully it will be fixed, pointless if you can't manage your account.

App won't let you cancel or pause this service. It also won't let you speak with anyone to do it. i had to end up locking my debit card to avoid unauthorized charges.

I'm super disappointed with how long it actually takes to spin the wheel to win to have your points expire so soon. It's honestly not worth my time trying to win anything.
