About this app

Amul Common App is the official mobile application of Kaira District Co-operative Milk Producers' Union Ltd. (Amul Dairy), Anand.

IMPORTANT: This app is for authorized users only — Amul Dairy employees, students and interns in training programs, and other authorized participants. Login requires a username and password issued by Amul Dairy. It is not intended for general public use.

KEY FEATURES

QR Code Attendance — mark your attendance by scanning the QR code at your location, with automatic location verification.
Attendance Report — view your check-in, check-out and working hours for any date range.
QR Code Visit — record official site visits by scanning the location QR code, and review your visit history in the visit report.
Meeting Attendance — record attendance for meetings and training sessions.
Visitor Entry — authorized employees can register visitor details, including visitor and ID photographs, as part of Amul Dairy's visitor management process.
Work Portals — secure single sign-on access to Amul Dairy portals including Amul Intranet, Amul Digi, Amul Dashboard, Milk Indent and DCS Hygiene Audit.

SECURE SIGN-IN

After a one-time registration, sign in with a 4-digit PIN — or use your device's fingerprint or face unlock for faster access. Biometric verification happens entirely on your device; the app never collects or transmits fingerprint or face data. For security, each account works on a single registered device.

PERMISSIONS

Camera — used only for scanning QR codes and capturing visitor photographs.
Location — captured only when you submit an attendance or visit; the app never tracks location in the background.
