About this app

Limit the apps that take your time, block the sites that pull you back in, and focus with your phone locked to the apps you need.

LAUNCH DROP: PRO FREE, FOREVER
To celebrate our launch, everyone who joins before 1 December gets Pro free for good. No card, nothing to cancel.

LIMITS THAT HOLD
Give any app or website a daily limit, in minutes or opens, including YouTube Shorts on its own. Group apps so Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat share one limit. When it's used up, the app stays shut until tomorrow. Or add a pause every time it opens.

FOCUS SESSIONS
Pick how long and start. Only the apps you chose will open until time's up: music, maps, notes. Phone calls always work. Want out early? You need a life ring, and you only get a few.

POSTCARDS
Stick to your limits and collect places from around the world, each one with a passport stamp in your Logbook and a photo for your block screen.

UNDER 90
A 14-day challenge to get your screen time under 1h 30m a day. Join by 1 December and win 10 life rings if you make it.

ALSO
• Downtime: block apps at set times, like bedtime
• Strict mode: easing a limit takes 24 hours
• A PIN and uninstall protection
• Screen time against a goal, and a streak for every limit
• Light or dark, green or indigo

PRIVATE
Your app usage never leaves your phone. No account, no ads, no tracking.

FREE, WITH PRO IF YOU WANT IT
Up to 5 limits, focus sessions up to 3 hours and one set of focus apps are free, for good. Pro removes the cap and adds Strict mode, a PIN, uninstall protection, longer sessions and more challenges. Monthly, yearly, or once for Lifetime.

PERMISSIONS
• Accessibility: to see which app or website is open, so AnchorMe can show the pause and keep focus sessions to your apps. Nothing it sees is stored or sent anywhere.
• Usage access: for your screen time and opens.
• Display over other apps: to show the pause.
• Notifications: for the focus countdown and limit reminders.
• Notification access (optional): to silence blocked apps. Only which app a notification came from is read.
• Device admin (optional): only for uninstall protection.
