Ratings and reviews

We wanted to just try it for a few months but had to pay for a year. Now I know why. We had a lot of problems and couldn't wait to get rid of it. It would block normal phone functions like settings even though I allowed it. The only help was an Ai and it was useless. Now that we have removed it, my kids' phones are running normal again. As I was trying to remove the app, it charged my card for another year without notifying me. So now I had to dispute the charge. I would NOT recommend.

When I first paid foe the full version I had access to locking individual apps, now I have to do it through a computer. GPS notifications come in 30 min to an hour late and apps are disorganized on children's devices every time it gets locked. Five star if that is fixed, but for paying for a full version, it's not exactly worth it.

First of all, the support of this app is a really bad joke. They leave you hanging for days for an answer and when I filed a complaint that some features that are advertised are not working correctly or at all they even confirmed the issue but still wouldn't refund my subscription. I have a video proof sent to them and they still denied the refund. The app alltogether is a joke. I mean if my 13 year old can bypass the security features, I think that says something about the developers.
