Volume Panel Hider uses Android's Accessibility Service to intercept volume button presses before the system displays the volume panel. This is the only
mechanism Android provides for suppressing the system volume overlay.

Data accessed: Volume button press events only.

This service does NOT:
• Read or access any screen content
• Read text, images, or data from other apps
• Monitor your activity, location, or personal information
• Interact with, control, or send data to other apps
• Store or transmit any accessibility data
