My game was "hard locked" in the tutorial upon contacting customer support, I had asked them to reset my account as I would not lose anything of value. I was given useless tips that felt very automated. The person that went by the name Reese was "helping" me at the time, but even when given my situation and telling them my game was running into an error, giving them a screen shot of the where is was stuck and wouldn't let me out of the UI claim area. They continued to give me useful advice.

The game starts off great, and you feel that you can make progress and good ranks in events even if you don't pay. In a few months, that stops, and you'd have to keep paying and buying packs to be able to make any meaningful progress or get even decent rank in events. Merging multiple servers for some events was the last straw.

IF YOU WANT A GAME THAT LET'S YOU DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO, DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS GAME!!! Now, the graphics are amazing, the story is interesting and the music is excellent, but I hate the fact that I HAVE TO DO what the game tells me, when the game wants me to do it and not be able to explore other things in the game when I WANT TO do them. This game is for people who don't want to actually PLAY the game... it's like an interactive Kindle book. 🤷🏾‍♂️
