My game was "hard locked" in the tutorial upon contacting customer support, I had asked them to reset my account as I would not lose anything of value. I was given useless tips that felt very automated. The person that went by the name Reese was "helping" me at the time, but even when given my situation and telling them my game was running into an error, giving them a screen shot of the where is was stuck and wouldn't let me out of the UI claim area. They continued to give me useful advice.

At first, the game was annoying because I joined alliance with a loads of bots and was hit with too much spam mail. But my opinion changed completely. Once I joined K-pop, then Dmn, I got to experience the fun side of the game with great team building and meeting great team members. This game is loads of fun with different events every week and is the best game on mobile ive ever played.

fairly standard gacha game with an Avatar skin. App is poorly optimized. 50% crash rate when launching the campaign menu. The shop is poorly organized. deals and bundles can be hard to find and navigate to. character upgrades are generic , do not differentiate between characters. Not enough characters currently available. Equipment system needs update/attention. may be a good game in a few years, if development increases.
