My game was "hard locked" in the tutorial upon contacting customer support, I had asked them to reset my account as I would not lose anything of value. I was given useless tips that felt very automated. The person that went by the name Reese was "helping" me at the time, but even when given my situation and telling them my game was running into an error, giving them a screen shot of the where is was stuck and wouldn't let me out of the UI claim area. They continued to give me useful advice.

The game is pure pay to win. if you dont spend at least 10k then its not even worth playing. They only care about whales and cater to them. Even when they make a mistake they will take rewards back from you instead of owning their mistake. The new bison feature is a giant money pit, the only way to level it to a usable point is to spend thousands of dollars on it alone. They constantly add power creep character at a rapid pace but dont add any real game play. Also, the in game events are poor.

the game is fun! and the community is awesome! it was great jumping in as a new player with a lot to learn and finding vets who were happy to help. there is a lot to the game, but that also means there's plenty you can do when you login. if I were to make 1 critic it'd be the lack of ability to collect the avatars and upgrade Azula. you have to pay for that and I just feel like it should be more challenging for free to play but not impossible without spending money
