app doesnt open says time out. new issue.

App does not work. After a few seconds from the splash screen, an connection timeout error message will appear as a pop-up window. Disappointment with this app. App is still running in app store?

The app will not open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times. How am I supposed to use your head unit if i can't use the app to connect to Bluetooth. Pathetic.
