Can't search correctly, which is pretty important for using this app. There website (both mobile and desktop) provides this functionality, so no idea why their app doesn't. My dependants for a long time pulled in as null null (although that error seems to have been fixed). Mostly I just don't see the benefit to this app that their website doesn't cover, it's just worse.

EDIT 6.23.25- App doesn't even open anymore. 4 days in & it isn't great: Can't gain access to AngleRX– reached out for help via chat w/ agent...doesn't function, messages won't send. No option to send digital copy of new ins card/info to providers– screenshot/upload is tedious. Provider search function isn't intuitive/user friendly. Based on insane search criteria/results, MY doc is & isn't in network even though they are.

Google needs a lesson on how averages work. Based on the scores, this app has a 1.9 stars, not 3. Trash app with trash customer service. The app is only good for pulling up a picture of your ins card, and that only works some of the time. The claims are poorly organized and the filters are useless. The chat feature sucks, but don't worry about that because no one can give you any usable information anyway. Enjoy the circle of calls between your providers and this company, Angle knows nothing.
