latest update to the app has made it worse. navigation freezes, load times are slower than ever. incomplete class listings even when searching for the specific class. it's actually easier to login via the site on my phone then use the app. very frustrating when paying a 20.00 sub fee a month! I'd gladly take the older version over this one.

This is the best thing I didn't even know I wanted! I've been practicing on my own for my Animal Flow Instructor certification with the 2.0 videos and Instagram, which are both indispensable. But Animal Flow on Demand just kicked things up a few notches! There are breakdowns of each version of the movements, classes, and flows for every level! I'm so grateful for this service!

The content is amazing, the teaching methods, the range, and mostly I use it through the website, because the app - IS SO BAD. Constantly freezes, is often stuck on the opening page, have to go into to re-boot it and have re-installed it several times. It's a pain because I want to practice in the gym, but can't be setting up my laptop. There have been so many other negative ratings, the app really should be sorted considering we're paying a monthly subscription for content.
