DICOM Pocket is a local DICOM-format file viewer and file utility.

Open user-selected DICOM-format files directly on your device. Browse files, folders, and ZIP archives in a clean and compact viewer. Adjust viewing settings, zoom and pan images, check basic file information, export images to PNG, and prepare files for sharing when needed.

DICOM Pocket processes files locally on your device. Files are not uploaded to our servers, and sharing only starts when you choose to share.

The app is designed for personal file viewing, organization, conversion, and transfer preparation. It does not analyze file contents, interpret results, provide recommendations, manage users, or connect to external equipment

What’s new

Enjoy smoother DICOM viewing on phones, tablets, and Chromebooks. This update improves file loading, 3D and MPR views, image controls, local export, and sharing. Supported devices can also use Segmentator to create local CT overlays. Performance and reliability have been improved. Not for diagnostic use.
