The app worked for a few years then pooped out on my android as it did previously on my i-phone. I have no idea where the user name came from and I have been unable to link my phone in the settings. In settings the option is available to unlink and link. If I remember all the steps I took correctly now, with the intention of resetting the app and re-linking my phone: I unlinked successfully after the app stopped working. I was unable to link after that. Everything "froze up."

when I first got them they were great could see clearly day and night now I can't see anything but black at night and I can't seem to get anyone to help me not where I ordered from or the manufacturer it's frustrating besides that they are great

This app was ok to start with but now it's rubbish. I have it installed on 2 separate devices and both have stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still won't work. Keeps saying device network is unstable. I have a really good strong WiFi connection , so that's not the problem. Please get this app sorted it's hardly worth the time having it .
