The app worked for a few years then pooped out on my android as it did previously on my i-phone. I have no idea where the user name came from and I have been unable to link my phone in the settings. In settings the option is available to unlink and link. If I remember all the steps I took correctly now, with the intention of resetting the app and re-linking my phone: I unlinked successfully after the app stopped working. I was unable to link after that. Everything "froze up."

This app was ok to start with but now it's rubbish. I have it installed on 2 separate devices and both have stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still won't work. Keeps saying device network is unstable. I have a really good strong WiFi connection , so that's not the problem. Please get this app sorted it's hardly worth the time having it .

Fix the mistake you have made with the last update. Having to restart the unit in order to be able to see the picture over the internet. It works only once after restarting it. After that it says "Device network unstable". Remember, dont fix something if it works. Why did you update the app if it was working perfecly for many years?
