About this app

Try taking a deep, slow breath right now.

When was the last time you breathed like this?

Sumt will help you rediscover that sensation you've forgotten despite breathing every day.

When you live a fast-paced life, breathing is often the first thing you forget.

When you're tense, your shoulders rise first, and when you're focused, you might hold your breath.

That repetition remains in your body, manifesting as signals like fatigue, stifling breath, and shallow sleep.

[It's not easy to get back on your own]

Even on days when you signed up for a gym but couldn't go, you'll find yourself going if you have a personal trainer.

A Sum Trainer plays exactly that role.

- We select the breathing technique that suits your condition for the day.

- Help you return naturally even after forgetting for a few days.

- Instead of nagging, we provide light guidance only when needed.

You don't need to do it every day. Just once when you need it is enough.

[Rooted in this research]

Sumt's breathing guide is built upon years of accumulated research and training methods on breathing. - Intramuscular Breathing Training (IMT): A training method researched in the fields of sports medicine and respiratory rehabilitation since the 1980s.

- Research on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Autonomic Stability: Long-standing research on the effects of slow breathing on the body.

- Breathing Rhythms for Pressure Situations: A widely used breathing technique known as a U.S. Navy SEAL training method.

- Sleep and Relaxation Breathing Tradition: A breathing technique long utilized to calm the autonomic nervous system.

It is implemented with a reproducible algorithm that produces the same results for the same input, and breathing data is securely stored on a Korean server.

[If you want to train more deeply]

Resistance-based intramuscular breathing training is also possible when used with Soomt breathing exercise equipment. You can browse them in the "Soomt Store" within the app.
