I guess the way the app functions itself isn't bad, but I had an unreliable mechanic who claims my car was not at the location, which it was and can be vouched for by others. $70 charge, no work done, cancelled appointment. Communication sucks for this company with messages, calls, and even the customer support email. Would not recommend EVER!

Had a great experience with this company. Had work done in my driveway and it was literally a third of the price that I was quoted at 4 actual shops. I understand they have overhead to pay, but to be that much cheaper blows me away. I also got their service plan which is a very reasonable price which includes a free oil change and discount prices on parts and labor for future work.

The app doesn't use satellite location and unable to navigate due to too many advertisements and can't contact the mechanic directly through the app.
