I would love to give this rating 5 stars just because I love the concept. I do have to say the video is clear and our pup loves it more than me. It does offer a piece of mind while away, he totally digs the treats and we love that we can check in on him! Here's a great point, he can have 4 of us checking in on him! I'm sure as many as we give the information to. (One nice change would be to give the caller a busy signal. ) But set up is awful! yuck

They are not supporting new Androids (Google Pixel specifically) and have no timeline for a fix. Too bad because I did like the product, but you can't just stop supporting new phones! You can still use desktop site but app is preferable.

Great concept, but the fact that the app has not been updated since 2020 tells me there will be more issues to deal with. Lately, I can't even lower the volume on my phone low enough for it to be functional; my wife with her iPhone can.
