Cool idea, but they don't deliver. My first order worked great. But after that it's been an issue after issue. they continuously tell me there was a "technical issue" and it has to be delivered by car. out of my past three orders only two were actually delivered. and an hour and a half late each time. food was cold. ever since their partnership with doordash. it has gone downhill.

Very poor service. I tried when it was first online and it was wonky and slow. I just tried again and they aborted delivery and were then going to drive it to me. Food would have been so soggy by that point. very disappointing, likely won't try again. This just isn't ready and being a beta tester is too frustrating. Staff are friendly but it doesn't make up for the service and extra cost. Now I have to wait 5-10 days for a refund. I would not waste your time right now.

This is the best app of all time, and I'm convinced it will put Doordash and Uber Eats out of business. They match in store prices, and we know Doordash triples them. The delivery fee is only $2, and you aren't asked to tip because it's a drone. I spend five times as much on Doordash. I hope Flytrex will expand the distance from which they'll allow us to order eventually, but this app is probably the most convenient thing ever.
