I was a regular customer(spending good money monthly) until they changed the returning policy, which is very inconvenient and frustrating. They even have limitations on delivery.Customer service do not reply back to your email. I am so disappointed that i prefer to buy from their competitors even if the price is higher.

Worst customer service in the world!!! If you buy something, pray it will fit, because you won't be able to return ti and you will not get refund. Customer service will answer to you every now and then with some random info which is not even connected to your request and keep telling you they sent delivery service to pick up your item, but that never happens... My agony with them now last over a month and I'm afraid I lost my money

The app works ok. The problem is with delivery. They give no eta. You get your order whenever the shop wants. Ordered my on 2/16, today is 2/21 and I still don't know when to expect the delivery. Is it a week? Or more?
