It is brand-neutral: the chart is organized by process, consumable classification, diameter, material, thickness, position, and transfer mode rather than by a manufacturer's control-panel model.
Plain terms, once: no account, no ads, and no internet permission — the app cannot phone home, so it runs in the shop basement or on the pipeline right-of-way, and your data stays on your phone. And it is not a Welding Procedure Specification. Chart values are starting points restated from publicly available manufacturer and trade-school reference ranges; every band shows a source note with its position and polarity coverage.
