I just want to open Abc mouse early learning, which I paid for back in Feb and the app the kid liked better. Only to be redirect to this app and it is very limited and I would have to pay the same amount again? So disappointing and waste of money. Customer service is disappointing and won't cancel your account, go to the bank and cancel it or you will be charged again.

I'm 4 months into my current subscription, then this "your current credentials are only applicable to ABCmouse Early Learning Academy". If you can't migrate me to the new app, can I at least get a refund? Update: I contacted support as suggested below, but was told someone will get in touch with me soon. Two weeks gone and I'm still waiting to be contacted. Meanwhile, my child is unable to access the app I paid for.

Signed up for the early learning app and am redirected to this new version which my 4 year old can't even play. My son loved the Early learning app but now he can't even play that.
