Bluetooth isn't strong enough to stay connected while in use, long distance mode keeps freezing up and causing the device to stop functioning properly. The device has some potential if the app actually worked. I had the option of purchasing a more well known brand that definitely works, but I was more expensive. Unfortunately, I chose wrong. You get what you pay for, I guess.

very disappointed, will not locate music on device. when trying to update software it errors out. unable to find any support on line amd what little i have found was of no value to fixing any issues. only thing that works are the immerse and auto pre-programed patterns.

Poor functions on user interface and limited connectivity with Bluetooth which drops easily. Immersive mode not available on long distance room and continued re log in needed whilst in long distance mode if using another chat app at the same time for other users. Allow immersive mode and possible chat function in distance mode rooms would be much better as well as stronger Bluetooth connectivity to device.
