Update: Still have issues signing in but figured out a work around that works on my phone. 5 stars if I didn't have to do this. Unable to sign in. I continue to receive a timeout error. I loved this app until two or three weeks ago when this started happening. I now have to log-in through my browser and hope for the best. I sometimes get the same message there but I can usually get in after three tries. I'm unable to get in through the app at all.

only thing I can do thru this app is get a phone number and when I call it they are closed or don't return messages.

Worst roadside assistance EVER! I had to get a tow a few weeks ago and they never found anyone (10 hours total), and recently a different vehicle needed a tow and still couldn't find anyone (4 hours total). What's the point of paying for roadside assistance if Honk/Auto Owners has nobody in network? Go out of network, find someone and pay for it instead of having policy holders do it.
