Would love the app a lot more of there wasn't this bug that's been around for almost 6 months. When I click on a photo in an article, I can't view it. The photo provided is from a very old news article, which is extremely annoying (since you can't read the full text sometimes without clicking on the photo). Wish they would finally fix it!!!! Edit: That was fixed, but now I can't read any articles. Nooooo

I have an active subscription but cannot access it. Changed emails, but can't change it on the app. Changed it on the actual website, but can't access anything to make a change in the app. It just keeps telling me I don't have any active subscription, which is absolutely false. App is garbage.

terrible app coders. for over a year, i could read the articles but not see the pictures affiliated with them. now i can see the pictures but can't read the articles because the words are superimposed over each other. definitely need one of the other new Orleans media outlets to supplant these guys.
