I bought the ad free version of this app years ago. Never had an issue... Until recently. I had to start using my alarm again and now I can't get rid of the ads. I get an error message saying "You already own this item" but the ads are still there. Also, the screen gets stuck on app launch. You can imagine how annoying that is when you just want to go to bed and have to deal with an alarm app, that you purchased, freezing/showing ads.

This app was great when I got it. Got the unlock for more freedom and to drop the ads. Been rocking most any ring/sound for a wake up ever since. The added method of puzzles (math at different levels) and such was a great way to combat the snooz slapper in me. Color options for my clock and even using it as a display through the night when on the charger. Yep, everything was great, up until I started getting ads again. Well, called/emailed them and got that handled. It's back & won't go away now

Not so good now! I've had this app, I'm sure for at least a couple of years if not longer. I paid the One time price to NOT have the ads. So all was good & this "was" my favorite alarm clock app, but now, I'd say, the past week or so I've suddenly got ads! Why?? I want it to be my favorite again! The ads are so bright that if I can't get this remedied, I'll have to look elsewhere. (Obtw, when I try to "remove the ads" it does say: error you already own this🤷‍♀️) Please help
