About this app

Atom5™ is a digital platform originally designed for paediatric and rare disease remote patient monitoring. As Aparito has grown, it has been deployed in a wide range of adult and other patient areas. App collects the data on digital endpoints that quantify how a patient feels, functions and responds to treatment with new outcome measures. Data includes form-based questionnaire answers, questionnaires collecting, Nutrition and Weight management via electronic questionnaires, Activity and fitness, optionally with garmin integration (and other passive data), Sleep analysists, based on data from garmin integration.
