App to serve customers of APCPDCL, whom will be pertaining to three districts. It is an utility app where in consumers can register complaints, request for new connection and can view their usage and monthly bills

for new connections it is not useful, payment won't open, when contacted their customer care asked to apply directly at sachivalayam or meeseva. at sachivalayam if your aadhar is of other state, already you might be having property you can't apply as House mapping can't be done, better go to meeseva and apply for new meter. they charge approx 4200/- for 2KV. req: House tax receipt, aadhar card, 2passport size photos. after they apply and give receipt and prints and asks to submit them at office

I am unable to see the current month bill. when I'm trying to open to see the bill it is showing as unable to connect to server. I tried with both mobile network and on wifi

It never responds after payment whether amount received or not. It is creating confusion after amount is taken from the bank. It allows repayment for the same connection eventhough dues are not there. Amount will not be refunded, it only adjusts for further payments. It is not a user friendly app as far as payments are concerned. Actually i dont want to comment but for the sake of opinion to correct problems, i am writing.
