It does excellent for a govt app, initially I have given 1 star, but it seems the service numbers were changed that's why old service numbers that starts with 6 not registering, and the smart meter feature shows every detail we want to see, very convenient, I hope there's an option to delete smart meter account, once we create account for a meter we can't add it to another meter account, it'd be more convenient to have all of them in one place/account

The App is not working as it used to, the payment made is taking 12 to 36 hours to be reflected, the payment gateway is stuck after successful transaction, the amount is getting debited but not reflected and the bill amount is still pending.

This app is terrible. The Smart Meter feature used to work somewhat, but since the latest update, it hasn't worked at all.
