To begin using the CO-OP Taxi application today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone #)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation SMS you receive)
• Login to the app
• Enter your pick-up address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)

On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pick-up location.

The CO-OP Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30
days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.

You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

Ratings and reviews

I would rate higher if all drivers read the notes. Other than that the actual app is handy and easy to use. Only thing to watch for is that the map is sensitive so don't touch it once you've booked the ride. Otherwise, it may change pickup location. Wish there was a way to look around the map without changing the pickup location so easily.

Great price! But needs improvement. I love that they have a fixed fair. And finally they have this Co-Op Taxi app that you can book your trip via app. And you can track it. But I think the tracking needs improvement. It's not real time compared to other apps. And the interface needs some polished as well. Would love to see more features too. Regarding the car, some of them are not clean and some are smelly. Overall, I love you're making a progress. 👍

Usually know where to pick up and drop off but some don't always read the note*, and there are some that park on the alley road for pick up and we have to walk all the way thru the parking lot, sometimes with kids to the road!?? MoST expect tip when they don't help with baggage/items. When they ask for payment before the trip i don't tip but if they don't, I tip. :)
