The Workforce app streamlines key features from Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling, and ShiftSelect®. Available features differ based on your solution.

FEATURES

As an employee:
• Add shifts during self-scheduling periods.
• Request open shifts and trade.
• View your schedule and request time off.
• Clock in based on your location and get notified when there is a mismatch with your location.
• View missed clocking alerts, clock in/out, sign off your timecard and add/edit/delete clockings and calendars.

As a manager:
• View your employees' timecards, requests, exceptions, and contact information.
• Correct a clocking or location mismatch by editing the schedule or clocking.
• View missed clocking alerts and preventable overtime, approve employee clockings, calendars, and timecards, and add, edit, or delete employee clockings and calendars.

What would be useful is a way to export these shifts to a calendar. Alternatively, there could be some method of changing the view so that call shifts or meetings appear differently rather than the binary view of shift or no shift. This calendar is worse than the printed version Update: years later, none of these problems have been fixed. It's as though none of the people responsible have ever seen a calendar before. I am certain they are not having to use their own product

Update: 6 mos ltr I'm reducing to 1 star. All the below r still true. It's been weeks since I've seen the fingerprint login option & I haven't touched settings. Very Buggy. Sometimes the fingerprint reader never opens. Often there are long lags between screens. Often the list of special codes does not come up prior to the submit button. Once submit button has been pushed there is a long delay before you get the confirmation. Very frustrating when one is trying to get to work.

Extremely unreliable app. Struggles to log in even with good internet connection. Struggles to acknowledge proximity to a clock-in beacon. Any button you select comes with the risk of waiting indefinitely for no effect. If your facility has an alternative method to clock in and out, just use that instead of this app. When it comes to clocking in at work, wasting time is wasting money. This app literally costs me money.
