there seems to be too many updates that require additional questions when it should just be who we are seeing, what department, and why we are at a listed facility. It's ridiculous that we need to list any gifts provided, and how long we are going to be at a location. Make this stupid simple, Credential Validation, WHO is being seen, DEPARTMENT and CHECK IN/OUT. It's not rocket science. it's just to see if we have out shots, and certs done. STOP MAKING THIS MORE THEN WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE!

not logging in - after the verification code is entered, the app freezes and doesn't allow me access to my account.

If I could give zero stars I would. "You must download our app. You must download new version of the app. You must give invasive permissions. You must change your password because we changed its requirements, and that process requires you to type your old password twice and your new password twice and we clear the form if they don't match or don't meet the new requirements." Seriously trash app.
