App was working fine for a while. In the past couple of months, it has crashed after a login attempt, and on second attempt, went through fine and worked as usual. I just got a new phone, however, and can't get it to send me the verification email to start using the app. So, I tried password reset, and it says that it can't verify my information to send me a password reset email.

The app is pretty good overall, and I love the zelle integration. However, I have some previous accounts that have been closed for months or even years, and they cannot be removed. Every time I go to the bank and mention them, the banker can't see the accounts and says there is nothing they can do to help. it's very frustrating as I have somehow deposited money into those accounts before despite them being closed.

I just got a new phone, Samsung s22 ultra, and I run a business through these Pinnacle accounts, and I need to have quick access. The app isn't working. I am able to log in on the website, but the app is what I'm rating. Also, it would be great to have a faster login on the app when you do get it fixed. A 4 digit pin like my other banks would be amazing please! I will adjust my rating if the app gets fixed. If not, I'll have to switch banks altogether.
