As my old phone got damaged, I bought a new phone and installed the UR World app.But ,the app is not opening at all.I am a retired SBI executive and used to buy my requirements of medicines under the scheme of for SBI retirees.Opening of the app and placing orders for meds was a breeze earlier. I still have balance in my account,but am unable to utilise now as the app is not opening at all.Please help.

Everything good about the App and services of UR World except the fact that they will not updated the status of the order even after delivery of same till you call the key person to update it making me to place new order very difficult. You can not place a new order until and unless the status of previous order shown as settled. Edit: once the medicines delivered, immediately OTP sent to update the delivery process. Very prompt and hassle free. Highly satisfied with services. Superb App.

There is no proper system. I booked my order on 11. I missed the confirmation call yesterday. Till now there is no response. How can a person contact. I have been calling the number from where the call came but no response and once she picked up but just hung up without guiding. In the app also I sent 4 messages . There also no response. Worst experience
