Device arrived broken. Button doesn't click or press. In case it's the battery, I charged the device. Lights came on while charging but the button is still not working. When I contacted customer support, they told me to buy another cable in order to diagnose the device... lol what? I bought a new device. I expect it to work. I don't expect to make additional purchases to diagnose why my new device doesn't work. Instead of just offering me a replacement, I now have to pay to ship it back.

Connectivity issues. Aggravating! I've had nothing but issues with the Apollo. Settings don't stay on. Night Vibes rarely work and even though I wear the watch all night, the app constantly tells me no data since I didn't wear it. Vibes are locked even though I have a full subscription. Contacted customer service at least 15 times and have gotten nowhere. Asked how to return and again, silence. Do not recommend! I'm so angry. No support at all. Waste.

Device is great, but app doesn't connect. You can spend 5 minutes just trying to reset the app to get it to connect to your Neuro in order for you to use it. You'll see other reviews with this issue where the company claims the issue is fixed, but it's not fixed and my brand new and fully updated device. It's a shame because the device is nice when it works.
